Great job Installation and explanation

Our air conditioner went out on a temperature record high day. I called all the local repair places including one that we were a loyal customer to and only one place could see us in two days but we would have to pay an emergency fee. Perrysburg PH&AC got to us by noon that day fixed all the issues and charged the regular service fee. Zach the technician that came out was polite and very knowledgeable. Bye Bye Shamy Perrysburg PH&AC has all our business now.

Nice work, very quick response

Fixed a control board issue on our furnace. Perrysburg P and H always comes promptly when we call. We decided to use them to replace our AC unit after he fixed our furnace.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night, and DJ came out and fixed it the next morning on the 4th of July holiday!… When all other companies were closed, they came out and saved us from being without AC during the hottest days of the year!

I truly respected his professionalism. he had another emergency call at midnight after finishing my house. He didn’t hesitate to get back to my house this morning to finish up. I did not have to give him instructions. Truly a person who likes his job. I tried one of the Toledo Roto Rooters first, what a mistake rude unwilling to help even though they have 24/7 emergency hours. Used the COVID-19 excuse to get out of it and that they weren’t doing anything but commercial emergencies until Monday. My water was flowing as if I had a faucet on but he didn’t care. Thank goodness there are companies like Perrysburg Plumbing. I will always hire them for any time plumbing problems. Cost was reasonable too in an emergency. Hard to find great guys like Jason

Jason took the time to trouble shoot and problem solve our plumbing dilemma. What should have probably been a quick job for them, turned into something more by no fault of his own, and he was courteous, and kind throughout the whole process. I felt the pricing was fair for the job completed and I would call Perrysburg again for future plumbing needs.

Being a new homeowner this was the first time I needed to call someone to repair the A/C in a long time. The sticker on the side of the furnace had this company's name on it, so I thought I would try them. DJ did a great job in explaining the problem, charged the system ( had to order the part) then returned the next week to replace the part. It worked the entire time and is working great again. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

We had a leak in our 2nd floor utility sink drain line that had dripped down through the kitchen ceiling. Jason quickly found the leak was from a poorly glued 45 joint in PVC. He had it cut out and fixed in about an hour. Just a little bit of drywall sweep up at the end. Fast, efficient, personable, and fairly priced work. Great job Jason. Much appreciated.

Zach did a great job from the estimate until completion. Kept in communication throughout the process. The guys who completed the installation in 97 degree heat (in the attic and outside in the sun!) were professional and went above and beyond in making sure the job was done professionally. I couldn’t be happier!
