Water heater failed, leaking water in basement. Over the phone he directed me to the hose hook up allowing me to drain water to the sump pump

Understand the service fee for call, but disappointed in cost for freezeproof sill cock replacement. A little pricey for an hours worth of work. Am satisfied with overall work done.

Devin not only installed our new toilet, but he also took the time to find a tricky leak in the basement that we have been having an issue with for a while. Turned out to be a baseboard trim nail from the original builder 40 years ago punctured the drain pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator. The attention to detail, perserverance, determination and professional demeanor displayed by Devin throughout the entire process to resolve this issue was premiere.
