Dylan did some drain work for us in April 2024. At that time he gave us a quote to complete some work that needed to be done, and I had that work done in August 2024. Dylan and Devon were thorough, prompt, pleasant, and professional. They completed the job in the projected period of time, and they left their work areas very clean. Water heater failed, leaking water in basement. Over the phone he directed me to the hose hook up allowing me to drain water to the sump pump

It is wonderful to deal with real people. The office operations were quick, thorough and effective. Dylan was at the door within 2 hours and his service was quick and his advice readily received. He returned within 24 hours to install new equipment. His attention to detail was complete and reassuring. It is great to have Perrysburg Plumbing and their personnel available in our community.

Understand the service fee for call, but disappointed in cost for freezeproof sill cock replacement. A little pricey for an hours worth of work. Am satisfied with overall work done.

Devin not only installed our new toilet, but he also took the time to find a tricky leak in the basement that we have been having an issue with for a while. Turned out to be a baseboard trim nail from the original builder 40 years ago punctured the drain pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator. The attention to detail, perserverance, determination and professional demeanor displayed by Devin throughout the entire process to resolve this issue was premiere.
