Tyler arrived at my home when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. The day my new hot water tank was installed he let me know ahead of time that the water would be shut off and got to work. Upon completion of the work he showed me the finished product and made sure I was satisfied with the water temperature. In my opinion, Tyler is a valuable asset to the company. Moving forward I will be requesting him for future projects.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Perrysburg Plumbing!! Right from the start I was impressed. Zak changed my filters for the winter, took pictures of my unit and gave me a report. I'd need a new system at some point, however, was not pushing me to have it done immediately. I chose now as I didn't want to take the chance and have no heat in the winter. He e-mailed me three options, with pricing, and I discussed them with him. He answered all my questions, even explaining his answers. Zak NEVER pushed me towards the most expensive unit. Made my choice and the whole unit was installed November 11. Tyler and DJ were the installers. They were very good and considerate. I wasn't planning on having the air conditioner installed as it was cold and windy outside, but it all was completed. Tyler explained the new thermostat. Naturally I had questions and he took time explaining things to me -- very much appreciated. But most important, they were all very personable. I'm a people person and I like interacting with people (not the whole time they're working). To me, it establishes a connection with the company, giving you an ease when you have to contact them again. Also, the office people are friendly. Most of the time I talked with Shirley and what a good introduction to the company she is. Her personality is real and delightful. You could tell that she enjoys her job and dealing with people. Perrysburg Plumbing gets five stars on everything!

Prompt, efficient service, as always, from scheduling with Abigail to DJ's and Zack's expertise. They had the furnace installed quickly, were very professional and tidy. I have been very pleased and satisfied with their service, from plumbing to heating, etc. They are my go-to guys!!!!!

Kenny's expertise and information about what he was doing was superb. He answered all of our questions and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Fast, friendly, and courteous!

I had a plumbing issue with my shower that caused me to have to shut the water off in the whole house. I called Perrysburg Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day. Devin was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He was able to fix the problem and get our water turned back on. He even took the time to clear the shower drain while he was there (this was unrelated to the initial problem). Before leaving, Devin made sure that everything was cleaned up and looking great. Devin answered all of my questions throughout the process and he took the time to provide this thoughts, feedback, and suggestions on unrelated plumbing questions that I had. He did a great job!

Dylan is a gem. Very thorough, professional, explains what he’s doing and why, very prompt, and very clean never leaving a mess. I feel very confident that the job is done right the first time. Shirley in the office is a hoot and very reliable and helpful as well.

Devin not only made the repairs requested but corrected minor issues in relation to the repair. Job was done quickly and the work areas were kept tidy. Devin cleaned all the areas after the work was completed.

Dave and Tyler worked diligently and carefully to remove the old furnace and air conditioner and install the new ones. They completed the job in one long day. Dave made sure everything was functioning properly and that all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company.

Dave was punctual, and pleasant. His knowledge was apparent as he answered all questions and explained them in laymen's terminology. Dave was also respectful of our home, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up upon completion of the job.

Rather disappointed. Charged much more than expected. I was asked if I want a digital thermostat. I said yes. I was not asked if I wanted a WiFi thermostat. It is a feature I do not plan to ever use. I could have saved money with a simple digital thermostat. If possible, I would like a digital thermostat and get a credit for overpayment.

Zach was out to my home within two hours of my calling the office. He fixed the boiler issue, cleaned the system, did a thorough check of the lines and kindly explained everything in understandable terms! I would highly recommend him and Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating in general.
