Great experience. Arrived on-time and friendly and knowledgeable

Dylan was prompt & efficient with today’s services. He was also very personable, informative & knowledgeable about the plumbing issues addressed.

Your business was recommended by my sister and did not disappoint. Dave was friendly, courteous, and took the time to make sure we understood how to operate things in our new home. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with Perrysburg Plumbing.

Dylan is a definite asset to your company. He takes great care and pride in his work which is evident in his communication about what he is tasked to do. This is the second time Dylan has taken care of a plumbing need at my home. Each time the experience was what I would’ve expected.

Very quick response to check out the source of standing water. Dave was so friendly and explained everything throughly, including future maintenance we should do. He also gave other recommendations and let us know of other projects we may need to look into. 10/10 recommend! Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling has always done an excellent job when we need them!

Dylan did some drain work for us in April 2024. At that time he gave us a quote to complete some work that needed to be done, and I had that work done in August 2024. Dylan and Devon were thorough, prompt, pleasant, and professional. They completed the job in the projected period of time, and they left their work areas very clean. I have had all positive interactions with Perrysburg, plumbing and heating from the woman who answers the phone, Julie?, and Dylan and Devon.

Excellent service

Water heater failed, leaking water in basement. Over the phone he directed me to the hose hook up allowing me to drain water to the sump pump

It is wonderful to deal with real people. The office operations were quick, thorough and effective. Dylan was at the door within 2 hours and his service was quick and his advice readily received. He returned within 24 hours to install new equipment. His attention to detail was complete and reassuring. It is great to have Perrysburg Plumbing and their personnel available in our community.

Tyler was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process.

Cannot recommend this company enough! The professional and knowledge was unmatched. We had multiple companies come out prior to this and I can honestly say I will not go with anyone else after this. Our technician was friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that he was not just trying to upsell me and was honestly trying to help us!

Fixed the AC quickly.

Understand the service fee for call, but disappointed in cost for freezeproof sill cock replacement. A little pricey for an hours worth of work. Am satisfied with overall work done.

Tyler did an excellent job. Had no issue lettig me watch (and ask). Tyler showed genuine concern for providing best options for our current and long term needs. Welcome back anytime.

Tyler was very efficient and knowledgeable about our system. He did a good job explaining everything. I was very pleased with the level of service that we received.

Dave was very competent and friendly. He identified the problem very quickly and made the repair quickly also. I thought the service was great and affordable too.

I am very pleased with the work provided by Dave who represents Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Details were well thought out, the AC install went very smoothly and the entire job was completed with the highest professional care and maintenance.

I’ve had Dylan do two jobs at my house and I just wanted to pass along how great his is. On time, professional, trustworthy, courteous, explains things clearly. All the things you'd want in someone working on your house. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to Perrysburg Plumbing.

This is the second time we have had Zach out and both times he has been beyond professional and knowledgeable. Great personality and helpful!! Very much appreciated in our time of need!

They came out quick to investigate why our furnace wasn’t running. Turns out, it just needed replace. Danny was able to get it replaced the following day. Communication was great. They ensured they kept our house clean and made sure everything worked before leaving. I highly recommend Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating and AC!!

We had a great experience with this group. The office staff was friendly and well versed in our work. They made the process easy from start to finish. The technician, Devin, was kind, professional, and skilled in the repairs and installation we needed. He treated our home and family with great respect. The entire team was great. I highly recommend this group for your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

Dylan always does an excellent job. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. We can’t praise him enough for his quick, skilled expertise.

Devin not only installed our new toilet, but he also took the time to find a tricky leak in the basement that we have been having an issue with for a while. Turned out to be a baseboard trim nail from the original builder 40 years ago punctured the drain pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator. The attention to detail, perserverance, determination and professional demeanor displayed by Devin throughout the entire process to resolve this issue was premiere. We will not hesitate to call on Devin for any future plumbing needs. He is a valuable asset to Perrysburg Plumbing. His expertise and craftsmanship are stellar, and much appreciated!
