Dylan did some drain work for us in April 2024. At that time he gave us a quote to complete some work that needed to be done, and I had that work done in August 2024. Understand the service fee for call, but disappointed in cost for freezeproof sill cock replacement. A little pricey for an hours worth of work. Am satisfied with overall work done.

Devin not only installed our new toilet, but he also took the time to find a tricky leak in the basement that we have been having an issue with for a while. Turned out to be a baseboard trim nail from the original builder 40 years ago punctured the drain pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator. The attention to detail, perserverance, determination and professional demeanor displayed by Devin throughout the entire process to resolve this issue was premiere. And Dylan was at my house within 30 minutes. They communicated everything very well and were extremely kind, professional, and understanding to my situation. Our air conditioner went out on a temperature record high day. I called all the local repair places including one that we were a loyal customer to and only one place could see us in two days but we would have to pay an emergency fee. Perrysburg PH&AC got to us by noon that day fixed all the issues and charged the regular service fee. Zach the technician that came out was polite and very knowledgeable. Bye Bye Shamy Perrysburg PH&AC has all our business now.

We had a lot of trouble with our prior air conditioner. This new one that was installed is like a dream it works so well!
