Charlie called back quickly when notified of my furnace problem. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He performed a routine tune up and discovered that the previous company that did yearly service, didn’t perform the basics. Very satisfied with service, but the repair was pricey.

Humidifier was not working correctly. Got a quick response and excellent service. Explanation and advance pricing for all work done. We have used PPHA for all our heating work since we moved to Perrysburg and have always been satisfied.
