I was called to a home to repair a furnace that was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not producing any heat. I checked the thermostat and found that it was set to the correct temperature. I then checked the furnace and found water in the furnace area caused by a blocked condensation drain. Furnace was heating when I left.
