Zach did a great job from the estimate until completion. Kept in communication throughout the process. The guys who completed the installation in 97 degree heat (in the attic and outside in the sun!) were professional and went above and beyond in making sure the job was done professionally. I couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Technician was sent within hours. He explained the problem and options to fix it. More than satisfied with the service.

I had questions that were answered in a polite and clear way. It was like talking to a friend or neighbor that I had known a long time. Hope to have him return when needed. He cared.

Excellent service!

We needed a new HVAC system in the house we just purchased and Perrysburg Heating was the first place I called. Charlie came out and looked over the existing system, and before giving me a quote, we discussed my expectations for the new system and if there were any health issues that needed to be addressed, then he gave me a quote. I vetted several other companies but none were as forthcoming, or as patient as he was. I feel I can trust that Perrysburg Heating will stand behind their products and the people they hire to install them. The company that installs your system is truly the weakest link in how your HVAC system will run. They have also done some plumbing work for us and Jason was the epitome of professional and polite. I am very pleased with Perrysburg Heating and Plumbing and will hire them again.

Todd was an excellent tech going above and beyond to do it all the right way, fix problems created by others, and did it on a short timeline as requested. A++

Great overall experience, even on weekends the company always responds quickly. Zach came to the house within an hour of the initial call & was quick to fix the issue with our furnace. Very straightforward & helpful with answering any questions I had.

Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating has never let me down. They are friendly, quick, and I trust them.

Jason did an excellent job of fixing my upstairs bathroom, quickly and throughly.

Zach was very informative, thorough and provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs service.

Needed same day service & got it. Things were explained to me in detail which I appreciate.

Overall good- I will use again

Tod and Colton showed up on time. Did an excellent job while here and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased and would highly recommend

He seemed very professional when I spoke with him on the phone

Weekend basement flood due to sump failure. Brian was out in an hour and had the pump up and running to mitigate damage. Super nice guy. Thorough job and helpful hints for clean up.

Knowledgeable and concise professionals. We’ll be using Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for all our plumbing and HVAC needs going forward!

Great service. Great advice for selecting my new kitchen faucet. Came out quickly to install once faucet arrived. Very happy with faucet and installation.

Very professional. Answered all my questions, even checked my sump pump for possible problems.

Charlie called back quickly when notified of my furnace problem. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He performed a routine tune up and discovered that the previous company that did yearly service, didn’t perform the basics. Very satisfied with service, but the repair was pricey.

Jason G is very knowledgeable and good at explaining what the issue is and what needs to be done. I appreciated his professionalism, getting right to the issue, fixing the issue, and cleaning up.

Thanks for your quick response

Quick response time to a call at 9:30 pm.

Very professional

The rep took the time to offer many suggestions, talking directly to me rather than rush rush and out. Much appreciated.
